摘要
在新一轮信息技术革命和数字产业席卷全球的大变局时期,加速推进数据价值化,促进数字信息技术与政府服务资源供给深度融合,提升政府治理及服务能力已成为数字经济时代的发展大势。城市交通作为城市供给服务的重要组成部分,完善并提升交通智能化已成为解决中国特色社会主义新时代社会主要矛盾的必由之路。文章旨在分析数字经济发展形势下智能交通建设的背景和目标,依托新基建技术和交通强国战略梳理出智能交通建设思路和架构,最终归纳总结出智能交通建设的重点任务。
In the new round of information technology revolution and digital industry sweeping the world,accelerating the value of data,promoting the deep integration of digital information technology and government service resource supply,and improving government governance and service capacity have become the development trend of the digital economy era.As an important part of the new era of socialism,intelligent transportation has become the only way to improve the urban service.This paper aims to analyze the background of intelligent transportation construction under the development of digital economy,sort out the ideas of intelligent transportation construction relying on new infrastructure technology and transportation power strategy,and finally summarize the key tasks of intelligent transportation construction.
