摘要
免疫细胞分离鉴定实验是医学免疫学学习及研究的基础。利用贵重仪器设备,设计构建小鼠免疫细胞分离鉴定虚拟仿真实验,介绍了虚拟实验项目的设计构建、主要内容、操作流程,进行项目初步实践及探讨。通过该虚拟实验项目,方便学生随时随地学习,提高学生学习兴趣,开拓学生的视野及培养学生的综合创新思维,丰富教学内容,提升教学效果。
Immune cell isolation and identification experiment is the basis of medical immunology study and research.Combined with the valuable equipment,the virtual simulation experiment of mouse immune cell separation and identification was designed and constructed,and the preliminary practice and discussion were carried out..This paper introduces the design,construction,main content,operation process,preliminary practice and thinking of virtual experiment project.Through the virtual experiment project,it is convenient for students to study anytime and anywhere,improve their interest in learning,expand their vision and cultivate their comprehensive innovative thinking,enrich the teaching content and improve the teaching effect.
