摘要
目的探究品管圈在改善呼吸内科病房药品安全管理现状中的应用。方法于2018年3月—2019年7月针对该科50名药品管理人员开展品管圈管理前后的效果进行评估,并选取品管圈实施前后各35例患者,展开对照研究。对比两组药品管理质量、不良药品事件发生率以及满意度。结果研究组的药品管理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良药品事件发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈能够有效地改善呼吸内科病房药品安全管理效果,提高药品管理质量和患者满意度,减少不良管理事件发生率。
Objective To explore the application of quality control circle in improving the current situation of drug safety management in respiratory medicine wards.Methods From March 2018 to July 2019,the effect of 50 drug managers in the department before and after the quality control circle management was evaluated,and 35 patients before and after the quality control circle were selected to conduct a control study.Compared the quality of drug management,the incidence of adverse drug events and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The quality of drug management in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse drug events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle can effectively improve the effect of drug safety management in respiratory medicine wards,improve the quality of drug management and patient satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse management events.
