摘要
经济社会的快速发展对高校的人才培养提出了更高的要求,高校人才培养须以培养应用型、技术型人才为主。为了促进产教融合,实现校企合作,必须着力于培养创意设计人才。培养满族民间剪纸衍生品创意设计人才,有助于提高高校人才培养质量,彰显高校人才培养的特色,适应当前中国文化产业发展的需要,实现不断将地方文化资源优势转化为经济优势的目标,为开拓大众创业、万众创新的新局面贡献力量。
The rapid development of economy and society appeals to higher requirements for the training of talents in colleges and universities,that is,the training of talents in colleges and universities should focus on the cultivation of applied and technical talents.In order to promote the integration of industry and education and realize the cooperation between schools and enterprises,efforts must be made to cultivate creative design talents.Training talents for creative design of Manchu folk paper-cut derivatives will help to improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,highlight the characteristics of talent training in colleges and universities,and meet the needs of the current development of China’s cultural industry.to achieve the goal of constantly transforming the advantages of local cultural resources into economic advantages,and contribute to the development of a new situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
