摘要
针对厚硬顶板宽煤柱过老巷冲击地压易发生、难防治问题,以文家坡煤矿4105工作面为例,利用数值模拟,研究分析了工作面在厚硬顶板以及宽煤柱条件下过老巷期间的围岩应力分布特征,分析其冲击危险性,并提出针对性防治技术方案。结果表明:在推进过程中临界煤柱容易聚集大量弹性能,增加冲击危险性,且由于原切眼的存在,使工作面在过老巷期间应力分布更为复杂,原切眼区域更容易诱发冲击地压事故,原有冲击地压防治技术方案强度明显不足。因此,针对工作面过老巷期间由于应力集中、原卸压方案强度不足问题,在原有卸压方案基础上,针对性地提出过老巷冲击地压防治技术。经实践,在工作面过老巷期间,工作面来压步距明显缩短,支架工阻下降明显,防治效果显著。
In view of the problem that rock burst easy to occur and difficult to prevent when the thick hard roof and wide coal pillar pass through the old roadway,taking 4105 working face of Wenjiapo Coal Mine as an example,the stress distribution characteristics of surrounding rock during the working face passing through the old roadway under the conditions of thick hard roof and wide coal pillar were studied and analyzed by using numerical simulation,and the risk of rock burst was analyzed,and the corresponding prevention and control technical scheme was put forward.The results showed that:in the process of advancing,the critical coal pillar was easy to gather a lot of elastic properties,which increases the risk of rock burst,and because of the existence of the original cut,the stress distribution of the working face was more complex during passing through the old roadway,the original cut area was easier to induce rock burst accidents,and the strength of the original rock burst prevention and control technical scheme was obviously insufficient.Therefore,in view of the problem that the strength of the original pressure relief scheme was insufficient due to the stress concentration during the working face passing through the old roadway,on the basis of the original pressure relief scheme,this paper put forward the prevention technology of rock burst in the old roadway.The practice showed that during the working face passing through the old roadway,the weighting step of the working face was obviously shortened,the support resistance was obviously reduced,and the prevention effect was remarkable.
