FPSO总段异地总组工艺

Technology of SBM-FPSO Grand-block Off-site Assembly

摘要 针对目前总组场地资源不足,导致生产效率难以提高等问题,利用龙门吊吊装能力覆盖区域以外的场地、总组工装、1000 t运输平板车等资源来解决总组场地资源的紧张。应用海工规范,重点探讨总段异地总组的必要性、差异点、工艺设计流程和相关实例,探讨提高场地利用率的新工艺工法,促进有限资源下产出效能最大。 In view of the prominent problems such as the insufficient resources of grand-block for assembly and the difficulty in improving the production efficiency,the site outside the hoisting capacity coverage area of gantry crane,special assembly tooling and the 1000 t transport flat car were used.According to the marine engineering specifications,Fast4ward FPSO,a general offshore production and storage platform was analyzed,focusing on the necessity and technological design process of the off-site assembly.The new technology method to improve the utilization rate of the site was discussed,so as to promote the maximum output efficiency under the limited resources.
