激光修复PCrNi3MoVE钢组织与力学性能研究 被引量:2

Microstructure and mechanical property of laser repaired PCrNi3MoVE steel

摘要 针对PCrNi3MoVE钢制炮用受损零部件的高性能修复需求,研究用30CrNi2MoVA钢粉末激光修复PCrNi3MoVE钢的组织演化与力学性能。结果表明:激光修复PCrNi3MoVE钢沉积态的显微组织从基材区到修复区,顶部存在显著变化,组织明显不均匀。修复试样的抗拉强度达(1 085±9)MPa,冲击韧性为(56±10)J/cm^(3),均高于PCrNi3MoVE钢基材锻件标准,伸长率为7.5%±1.5%,略低于锻件。修复试样的断裂方式为韧性断裂,冲击断裂方式为准解理断裂。 Aimed at the high performance repair requirement of the damaged parts for artillery which was manufactured by PCrNi3 MoVE steel,the microstructure and mechanical properties of PCrNi3 MoVE steel repaired by 30 CrNi2 MoVA steel powder using laser were studied.The results show that the microstructure of the as-deposited laser repaired PCrNi3 MoVE steel changes significantly from the substrate zone to the top of the repaired zone,the micro structure shows significantly nonuniform.The tensile strength and impact toughness of the repaired samples are prior to that of the PCrNi3 MoVE forgings,and they reach to(1 085±9) MPa and(56±10) J/cm^(3) respectively.The elongation is 7.5%±1.5%,which is slightly lower than the forging one.The tensile fracture mode of the repaired specimen is ductile fracture,and impact fracture mode is quasi dissociation frature.
