Corrosion fatigue behavior of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy

摘要 用轴向力加载疲劳测试法,研究35℃、质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液环境对6082-T6铝合金型材疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:与室温大气环境相比,合金疲劳强度降低34.9%,室温疲劳强度比为σ_(0.1)/Rm=54.1%,腐蚀环境下σ_(0.1)/Rm=35.2%。两种环境下裂纹均起于试样表面,腐蚀条件下裂纹起裂区呈沿晶断裂;Mg_(2)Si析出相沿晶界分布,Mg_(2)Si、α(Al)基体和单质Si粒子间电位差不同,将在局部形成微电池效应,晶界优先腐蚀,这是造成合金疲劳性能降低,产生沿晶疲劳断裂的主要原因。 The influence of neutral 3.5%at NaCl solution corrosion environment at 35℃on the fatigue performance of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy was investigated by the axial force loading fatigue test method.The results show that compared with room temperature environment,the fatigue strength of the alloy under the salt spray environment reduced by 34.9%.The fatigue strength ratio at the room temperatureσ_(0.1)/Rm is 54.1%,and the fatigue strength ratio under the salt spray environmentσ_(0.1)/Rm is35.2%.The fatigue cracks originate from the surface of the specimen under both environments,the fatigue crack initiation zone under salt spray corrosion shows an intergranular fracture feature.The Mg_(2)Si precipitated phases are distributed along the grain boundary,the difference in electric potential between Mg_(2)Si,α(Al)matrix and Si particles make a local micro battery effect locally fromed,which cause preferential corrosion on the grain boundary,and this is the main reason why the fatigue performance of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy reduces,and intergranular fatigue fracture occurs.
