摘要
企业实践环节是高校培养企业适用人才的重要环节。中国计量大学电子科学与技术专业自2013年获得专业认证和“卓越工程师培养计划”以来,不断地完善和改革企业实践环节,从合作共赢的企业深度融合、个性化实践评价、多层面效果调查等方面梳理了校企实践的改革与探索,总结了一些校企实践过程中的实战经验,初步实现了从企业挑人到企业要人的转变,供普通院校同行交流。
Enterprise practice is an important part for personnel training adapting for companies.Electronic Science and technology in China Jiliang University has obtained the professional certification and"outstanding engineer education training plan"in 2013,then the major has continuously improved and reformed the enterprise practice.The reform was carried out from deep integration with enterprises by win-win cooperation,personalized practice evaluation and multi-level effect survey.At last,major of electronic information specialty summarized some practical experience in the process of practice between university and enterprises.Transformation from enterprise selecting students to enterprise inviting students was realized by above methods.These experiences afford and exchange some guidelines among ordinary colleges and universities.
