摘要
目的学科评估是促进医院学科建设的有效手段,而学科建设是医院管理的重要任务之一,也是医院实现可持续发展的基石和内在源动力。在学科发展中应整合优势资源,建立精细化、科学化的管理模式。文章从临床科室层面构建三级甲等专科医院学科评估指标体系,为医院开展学科动态评估工作奠定基础。方法通过文献研究法、德尔菲法及层次分析法,确定科研评估指标与指标权重系数,进而建立医院学科评估体系。研究对象选取北京地坛医院4个特色学科及4个新生综合学科,肝病、感染、中西医、妇产、骨科、肿瘤、五官、神内。结果通过对三年来临床、科研、教学、人才等进行统计分析,最终形成一套三级科研评估指标体系,其中包括4个一级指标,11个二级指标和29个三级指标,同时赋予各自权重系数。结论所构建的量化动态评估体系可行,为医院在实行政策倾斜,扶持重点学科,建设薄弱学科方面提供有力的数据支撑。
Objective The subject evaluation is an effective means to promote the subject construction of hospital,which is one of the important tasks of hospital management and the foundation stone and internal power of hospital sustainable development.In the course of subject development,we should integrate the superior resources and establish a fine and scientific management mode.To construct the subject evaluation index system of the third-grade a specialized hospital from the clinical department level,and to lay a foundation for the dynamic subject evaluation.Methods Through Literature Research,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,to determine the scientific research evaluation index and index weight coefficient,and then to establish the hospital discipline evaluation system.The subjects were selected from four characteristic subjects and four freshman comprehensive subjects in Ditan Hospital,including liver disease,infection,traditional Chinese and Western medicine,obstetrics and gynecology,orthopedics,oncology,facial features and internal nervous system.Results Through the statistical analysis of clinical,scientific research,teaching and talented persons in the past three years,a set of three-level scientific research evaluation index system is finally formed,which includes 4 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes and 29 third-level indexes and assign their weight coefficients.Conclusion Through the quantitative dynamic assessment of the development of disciplines,hospital policy in the implementation of tilt,support key disciplines,building weak disciplines to provide strong data support.
