摘要
目的分析采用目标管理教学法对药学专业的药房实习生进行带教的效果。方法选取医院2019年1月—2020年12月接收的药学专业药房实习生80人作为本次研究的观察对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组40人,对比分析两组实习生在分别采取不同的教学模式后的理论知识水平、专业操作水平、混淆药品区分水平、主观评估、阶段评估考核水准,分析两组学生认为该组教学方式能提高学习效率评分、实践操作、学习兴趣、团队协作能力评分,同时分析不同教学模式下,患者对实习生服务满意度评分。结果相较于对照组,观察组实习生理论知识水平、专业操作水平、混淆药品区分水平、主观评估、阶段评估考核水准明显更高,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组实习生认为该组教学方式能提高学习效率评价、实践操作、学习兴趣以及团队协作能力占比明显更高,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组实习生所接待的患者,观察组实习生所接待的患者对学生服务的满意度明显更高,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对药学专业的药房实习生进行目标管理教学法可明显提高学生的学习能力、操作水准,同时提高学生对目标管理教学法的认可度以及患者对实习生服务的满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of objective management teaching method in guiding and teaching pharmacy interns in pharmacy practice.Methods 80 cases of pharmacy interns were received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 and selected as the observation object in this study,while were divided into observation group and control group,40 people in each group.Then,the theoretical knowledge level,professional operation level,confused drug differentiation level,subjective evaluation level and stage evaluation level of the two groups of interns after adopting different teaching methods were compared and analyzed,and the teaching methods can improve the scores of learning efficiency,practical operation,learning interest and team cooperation ability of two groups of students were analyzed,and the score of service satisfaction of interns were analyzed under different teaching methods.Results The level of theoretical knowledge,professional operation,confused drugs differentiation,subjective evaluation and stage evaluation of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The interns thought that the teaching method could improve the learning efficiency,and the scores,practical operation,learning interest and team cooperation ability in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of intern patients to student service in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The objective management teaching method for pharmacy interns in pharmacy which can significantly improve the students'learning ability and operation level,and improve the students'recognition of the teaching method of management by objectives and the patients'satisfaction with student service.
