摘要
目的探讨以团队为基础的责任制带教在心脏大血管外科中的教学效果。方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月于医院心外科实习的60名本科实习生,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,给予对照组传统的授课教学,给予观察组团队责任制带教。实习4个月后,比较两组的理论成绩、实践成绩、出科成绩,以问卷评价教学效果。结果观察组实习生理论成绩、实践成绩及出科成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),对教学质量、主观效果及学习时间安排方面的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以团队为基础的责任带教制在心脏大外科中的教学效果显著,能有效增强实习生的实践能力,提高实习生主观能动性和教学满意度。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of team-based responsibility system teaching in cardiovascular surgery.Methods 60 undergraduate internships in our department from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 30 cases.The control group was given a traditional teachingbased teaching method and observed.The team-based responsibility teaching model.After 4 months of internship,the theoretical performance,practical skills performance,and school performance of the two groups were compared,and the teaching effect was evaluated through a questionnaire.Results The observation group's theoretical scores,practical skills scores and school performance are higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction with teaching quality,subjective effect and learning schedule are better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of the team-based responsibility belt teaching system in cardiac surgery is remarkable,which can effectively enhance the practical ability of interns and improve the subjective initiative and teaching satisfaction of interns.
