摘要
目的探究预防剖宫产下肢静脉血栓行小剂量阿司匹林的作用效果。方法将医院自2019年1月—2020年5月期间收治的146例行剖宫产的产妇通过计算机表法分为试验组与参照组,两组分别纳入73例,给予参照组行常规预防措施,试验组在参照组基础上给予小剂量阿司匹林,对比两组产妇相关指标情况、下肢静脉血栓发生情况及产后出血情况。结果试验组患者D-D为(1.59±0.34)mg/L低于参照组的(2.28±0.56)mg/L(t=8.9987,P=0.0000),血浆粘度为(1.12±0.15)mPa·s低于参照组的(1.20±0.19)mPa·s(t=2.8235,P=0.0054),红细胞变形指数为(1.19±0.22)低于参照组的(0.95±0.18)(t=7.2138,P=0.0000),下肢静脉血栓发生率为1.37%明显低于参照组的10.95%(P=0.033),差异具有统计学意义;产后出血量为(125.63±14.26)mL对比参照组的(129.58±20.74)mL(t=1.3408,P=0.1821),差异具有统计学意义。结论剖宫产预防下肢静脉血栓给予小剂量阿司匹林治疗可有效降低血液粘稠度及下肢静脉血栓发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of low-dose aspirin on the prevention of venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in cesarean section.Methods The 146 pregnant women undergoing cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by computer table method.The two groups were enrolled in 73 cases,and the reference group was given routine routine.As a preventive measure,the test group was given a low-dose aspirin on the basis of the reference group,and the related indicators of the mothers,the occurrence of lower extremity venous thrombosis and the postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results The DD of the test group was(1.59±0.34)mg/L lower than that of the reference group(2.28±0.56)mg/L(t=8.9987,P=0.0000),and the plasma viscosity was(1.12±0.15)mPa·s lower than in the reference group(1.20±0.19)mPa·s(t=2.8235,P=0.0054),the red blood cell deformation index was(1.19±0.22)lower than that of the reference group(0.95±0.18)(t=7.2138,P=0.0000).The postpartum hemorrhage volume was(125.63±14.26)mL lower than(219.58±20.74)mL in the reference group(t=31.8923,P=0.0000),and the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis was 1.37%significantly lower than that in the reference group(P=0.033),statistics had research significance.Conclusion Caesarean section to prevent venous thrombosis of the lower extremities and giving lowdose aspirin treatment can effectively reduce the blood viscosity and the incidence of venous thrombosis of the lower extremities.
