基于AutoForm的汽车顶盖冲压回弹补偿研究 被引量:7

摘要 为解决冲压成形的零件与原产品数据偏差较大的难题,提供了2种回弹补偿方式,即AutoForm迭代补偿与几何补偿,以某车型顶盖为研究对象,分别对2种补偿方式重构的型面进行全工序CAE分析,对比其回弹结果。AutoForm迭代补偿在全夹持状态下,局部区域的回弹量超过3 mm,几何补偿方式在补偿量为6 mm时,全夹持状态下回弹量在1.5 mm以内,说明AutoForm迭代补偿不宜用于自由回弹量大的零件,采用几何补偿可以提高回弹补偿的准确性。三坐标检测试制首件的尺寸符合率为85.2%,模具状态研配到与数值模拟边界条件一致时,尺寸符合率可达96.5%,验证了几何补偿方式的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of large data deviation between the stamping parts and the original product,two kinds of springback compensation methods were provided,namely Auto⁃Form iterative compensation and geometric compensation.Taking the roof panel of a certain car as the research object,CAE analysis was carried out for the whole process of the profiles recon⁃structed by two compensation methods respectively,and the springback results were compared.In the AutoForm iterative compensation,the springback amount of local area was more than 3 mm in the clamping state,while in the geometric compensation method,the springback amount was less than 1.5 mm in the clamping state when the compensation amount was 6 mm.It showed that the AutoForm iterative compensation was not applicable to the parts with large springback,and the ac⁃curacy of springback compensation could be improved by geometric compensation.The dimen⁃sional coincidence rate of the first part in the trial-production by three coordinate detection was 85.2%,and the dimensional coincidence rate could reach 96.5%when the die state was consistent with the boundary conditions of numerical simulation,which verified the effectiveness of the geo⁃metric compensation method.
