摘要
为研究掺烧生物柴油对柴油机的性能影响,以某船用增压柴油机为研究对象,运用GT-Power软件建立其仿真模型,进行掺混生物柴油燃烧的仿真研究。在推进特性下分别设置10%~100%共5个工况点,生物柴油设置10%~100%共6组掺混比,通过仿真计算,研究生物柴油不同掺混比对柴油机动力性、经济性及NO_(X)排放的影响。结果表明,随着生物柴油掺混比增加,柴油机动力性和经济性呈下降趋势,NO_(X)排放量持续升高。
In order to study the influence of blended biodiesel on the performance of diesel engines,a marine supercharged diesel engine was taken as the research object and its simulation model was established by using GT-Power software to carry out simulation research on blended biodiesel combustion.Five working conditions(10%-100%)and six mixing ratios(10%-100%)were set for biodiesel respectively under propulsion characteristics.Through simulation calculation,the influence of different mixing ratios of biodiesel on diesel engine power,economy and NO_(X) emission was studied.The results show that with the increase of the mixing ratio of biodiesel,the power and economy of diesel engine decrease,and NO_(X) emission increases continuously.
