摘要
为探究四川凉山地区两种药用资源植物桑寄生和柳叶钝果寄生的化学计量特征与营养状况,利用元素分析仪和比色法测定了两种寄生植物茎和叶片的C、N、P和K元素含量.结果表明:桑寄生叶片的C、N、P和K含量分别为490.49、15.32、2.69和14.20 mg·g^(-1),柳叶钝果寄生叶片的C、N、P和K含量分别为476.48、18.50、2.06和21.60 mg·g^(-1);除C含量外,均高于茎中的含量;柳叶钝果寄生的K含量显著高于桑寄生(P<0.05);叶片N∶P在桑寄生和柳叶钝果寄生中分别为5.67和10.44;两种寄生植物的养分元素之间均存在相关性,K元素与其他养分的相关性较弱.凉山地区桑寄生和柳叶钝果寄生的生态化学计量具有区域特点,两者生长都主要受N限制,桑寄生的限制程度更大.
To explore the chemical metrological characteristics and nutrition status of Taxillus sutchuenensis(Lecomte)Danser and Taxillus delavayi(Van Tiegh.)Danser in Liangshan region of Sichuan,the contents of C,N,P,and K of leaves and stems were measured by elemental analyzer and colorimetry method.The results showed that,the concentrations of leaf C,N,P and K were 490.49,15.32,2.69 and 14.20 mg·g^(-1) in Taxillus sutchuenensis,respectively,and the corrsponding values were 476.48,18.50,2.06 and 21.60 mg·g^(-1) in Taxillus delavayi.The elemental contents of N,P and K in leaves were more than stems in both two species,and Taxillus delavayi had relative higher K concentration than Taxillus sutchuenensis(P<0.05).N:P of leaves were 5.67 and 10.44 in Taxillus sutchuenensis and Taxillus delavayi,respectively.Significant correlations were found between N,P and K concentration,while correlations of K and other elements were weak.The stoichiometric characteristics of the two species had obviously regional features,N was the limited nutrient element to the two parasitic plants in Liangshan area,and the limitation degree of Taxillus sutchuenensis was more serious.
