摘要
目的建立同时测定香薷中柠檬烯和芳樟醇含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱法,以Agilent DB-1毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)为色谱柱;程序升温,起始温度为65℃,保持1 min,以5℃/min升至120℃,再以18℃/min升至250℃,保持5 min;进样口温度为230℃;以氮气为载气,体积流量1.0 ml/min;FID检测器温度为250℃。结果柠檬烯在42.36~847.20μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=6),芳樟醇在36.12~722.40μg/ml(r=0.9998,n=6)范围内线性关系良好,柠檬烯和芳樟醇平均回收率分别为97.10%、96.78%,RSD分别为1.71%和2.50%。结论建立的香薷中柠檬烯和芳樟醇含量测定方法,简便、准确、稳定,可用于评价香薷的质量。
Objective A GC method for simultaneous determination of Limonene and Linalool in Mosla chinensis Maxim was established.Methods The Agilent DB-1 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)was used as the chromatographic column by GC;temperature programmed,starting temperature was 65℃,maintained for 1 minute,5℃/min to 120℃,then 18℃/min to 250℃for 5 minutes;injection port temperature was 230℃;nitrogen was used as carrier gas,volume flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;FID detector temperature was 250℃.Results Limonene showed a good linear relationship in the range of 42.36~847.20μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=6),the average recovery was 97.10%and RSD was 1.71%.Linalool showed a good linear relationship in the range of 36.12~722.40μg/ml(r=0.9998,n=6),the average recovery was 96.78%and RSD was 2.50%.Conclusion The established method for the determination of Limonene and Linalool in Mosla chinensis Maxim was accurate,stable and reproducible,and could be used to evaluate the quality of Mosla chinensis Maxim.
