摘要
目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽应用在有机磷农药中毒急诊治疗中的抢救成功率及对ALT、AST、BUN、Scr、CRP水平的影响。方法于2017年1月~2019年12月,将急诊科60例有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在其基础上给予还原型谷胱甘肽,比较两组的抢救成功率、意识恢复时间、住院时间、肝肾功能指标、炎症因子指标。结果抢救成功率在观察组中为96.67%,对照组为90.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.071,P>0.05)。观察组的意识恢复时间、住院时间分别为(51.47±10.29)min、(4.57±1.43)d,均短于对照组(t=5.025、4.665,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ALT、AST、BUN、Scr、CRP分别为(49.04±8.27)U/L、(48.41±7.86)U/L、(14.26±2.19)mmol/L、(124.05±20.79)μmol/L、(6.69±1.29)mg/L,均低于对照组(t=5.143、5.170、4.007、5.647、4.229,P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽用于有机磷农药中毒急诊治疗中,可在保证患者抢救成功率的同时,加快患者意识恢复,减轻患者肝肾功能损伤和炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the rescue success rate and effect of reduced glutathione on the levels of ALT,AST,BUN,Scr and CRP in the emergency treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,60 cases of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given reduced glutathione on the basis of conventional treatment.The rescue success rate,consciousness recovery time,hospitalization time,liver and kidney function indexes and inflammatory factor indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue success rate was 96.67%in the observation group and 90.00%in the control group,there was no significant difference(χ^(2)=1.071,P>0.05).The consciousness recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(51.47±10.29)min and(4.57±1.43)d respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group(t=5.025,4.665,P<0.05).After treatment,ALT,AST,BUN,Scr and CRP in the observation group were(49.04±8.27)U/L,(48.41±7.86)U/L,(14.26±2.19)mmol/L,(124.05±20.79)μmol/L and(6.69±1.29)mg/L in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group(t=5.143,5.170,4.007,5.647,4.229,P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione used in the emergency treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can not only ensure the success rate of rescue,but also speed up the recovery of consciousness and reduce the liver and kidney function damage and inflammatory reaction.
