摘要
目的观察龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗肛周尖锐湿疣92例,并评估其疗效。方法采用便利抽样法收集2017年12月~2019年12月于皮肤科收治并且符合肛周尖锐湿疣疾病诊治指南标准的92例患者,随机分为观察组46例和对照组46例。对照组给予单纯CO2激光治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗。通过比较两组患者的皮损评分、疗效以及复发率等以评价龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者皮损评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者皮损评分均降低,并且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者总有效率93.48%高于对照组的65.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,两组患者无复发病例。治疗后2个月,观察组无复发病例,对照组4例复发,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组1例复发,对照组6例复发,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肛周尖锐湿疣患者进行龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗,抑制病毒繁殖,减轻炎症,改善皮损预后,显著改善患者临床效果。
Objective To observe the effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction modified treatment on 92 cases of perianal condyloma acuminatum and evaluate its effect.Methods A total of 92 patients with perianal condyloma acuminatum admitted to the dermatology department from December 2017 to December 2019 were collected by convenient sampling method and randomly divided into observation group and control group(46 cases).The control group was provided with a single CO2 laser treatment,while the observation group was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction modified treatment on the basis of the control group.By comparing the skin lesion score,curative effect and recurrence rate of the two groups,Longdan Xiegan decoction modified treatment was evaluated.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin lesions in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of 93.48%in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after treatment,there were no recurrence cases in the two groups.After 2 months of treatment,there were no recurrence cases in the observation group and 4 cases in the control group(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,1 case recurred in observation group and 6 cases recurred in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with perianal condyloma acuminatum were treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction to inhibit reproduction,reduce inflammation,improve the prognosis of skin lesions,and significantly improve the clinical effect of patients.
