摘要
锂离子电池制备过程中对电解液保持量的合理控制是保证电池循环寿命非常关键的工艺步骤。研究了电解液的注入量、化成压力与电解液保持量的关系以及电解液保持量对电池循环性能的影响。结果表明:在特定的材料体系下,电解液的注入量与电解液的保持量呈正相关,当电解液注液量足够时,注入量为1.60 g/Ah以上时,电池0.7 C下充放电循环500次后,容量保持率大于80%。在此基础上,通过调节化成工艺参数,当化成压力为2.2 MPa,保持量大于1.56 g/Ah时,0.7 C下充放电循环1000次后,容量保持率大于80%,同时,随着注入量的增加,电池循环失效的概率也会降低。
The reasonable control of electrolyte retention volume during the preparation of lithium-ion batteries is a critical process to ensure the battery cycle life.The relationship between the electrolyte retention volume with the electrolyte injection volume and formation pressure and the influence of the electrolyte retention volume on the battery cycle performance were studied.The results show that under a specific material system,the electrolyte injection volume is positively related to the electrolyte retention volume.When the electrolyte injection volume is sufficient,the injection volume is above 1.60 g/Ah,the capacity retention of the battery is more than 80%after 500 cycles at 0.7 C.On this basis,by adjusting the formation process parameters,when the formation pressure is 2.2 MPa and the retention volume is more than 1.56 g/Ah,the capacity retention is more than 80%after 1000 cycles at 0.7 C.At the same time,as the injection volume increases,the cycle failure probability of the battery also decreases.
