摘要
针对小型泵站污水处理工程水流连续、水量变化幅度大等特点,采用一体化SBR反应器进行处理,介绍了该反应器的主要配置参数及运行效果。实际运行结果表明,处理后出水COD质量浓度为20~40 mg/L, NH3-N质量浓度低于0.2 mg/L, TP质量浓度低于0.2 mg/L, TN质量浓度低于10.5 mg/L, SS质量浓度低于10 mg/L,达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准,出水NH3-N、 TN、 TP、 COD、 SS去除率稳定在99%、 71%、 95%、 85%、 95%以上;该反应器具有良好的去除效果,运行稳定可靠,自动化程度高。
In view of the fact that, a small scale pump station sewage treatment project has characteristics of continuous flow and large variation of water quantity, integrated SBR reactor was adopted. The main configuration parameters and operation effect of the reactor were introduced. Through the treatment, the mass concentration of COD was 20-40 mg/L, and the mass concentrations of NH3-N, TP TN and SS in the effluent water were lower than 0.2, 0.2, 10.5 and 10 mg/L respectively, which met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant, the removal rates of NH3-N, TN,TP, COD and SS were stable at above 99%, 71%, 95%, 85% and 95% respectively. The actual operation results showed that, the said reactor had good pollutants removal efficiency, stable and reliable operation, and high automation degree.
