摘要
目的:了解上海市远郊功能社区职业人群的健康状况及其影响因素,为进一步开展金山工业区功能社区健康干预工作提供科学依据。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,随机抽取上海远郊3个社区的功能社区8家单位,对抽中单位中的18~60岁的职工进行问卷调查,共计474名职工进行了问卷调查。结果:被调查人群中,男性主要的健康问题是脂肪肝(21.43%)、高血压(10.00%)和颈椎病(10.00%),女性主要的健康问题是颈椎病(19.70%)、脂肪肝(3.41%)和高血压(3.03%);不同年龄段方面,25~35岁年龄段主要健康问题是脂肪肝(15.59%),35~50岁年龄段主要健康问题是颈椎病(21.01%),50岁以上年龄段主要健康问题是高血压(21.74%);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,主要的影响因素是本单位工作年限、吸烟、粗粮摄入和过去两周情绪低落。结论:功能社区职业人群健康问题较多,单位应该重视职工健康问题,开展健康促进活动,提高职工健康意识,改变不良影响行为。
OBJECTIVE In order to understand the health status and influencing factors of the occupational population in thefunctional community of Jinshan Industrial Zone in order to provide a scientific basis for further functional community health inter-vention.METHODS By the method of random sampling,8 institutions of 3 types in functional communities in Shanghai were random-ly selected.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the 18~60-year-old employees in the selected units.A total of 474 em-ployees were surveyed.RESULTS The main health problems of male were fatty liver(21.43%),hypertension(10.00%)and cervi-cal spondylosis(10.00%),while the main health problems of female were cervical spondylosis(19.70%),fatty liver(3.41%)and hypertension(3.03%).In different age groups,fatty liver(15.59%)is the main health problem of 25~35 age group,cervicalspondylosis(21.01%)is the main health problem of 35~50 age group,and hypertension(21.74%)is the main health problem ofover 50 age group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors were working years,smoking,coarse food intake and depression in the past two weeks.CONCLUSION There were many health problems in the functional commu-nity,so the unit should pay attention to the health problems of the staff,carry out health promotion activities,improve the healthawareness of the staff,and change the bad influence behavior.
