摘要
针对搂耙式地膜捡拾机搂膜齿在工作中振动变形问题,对搂膜齿进行Solid Works和ANSYS Workbench建模,通过Static Structural模块对其进行有限元分析,得到其在边界条件下的应力应变云图。分析结果表明,搂膜齿X轴方向最大应力为50.934 MPa、Y轴方向最大应力为32.284 MPa,X轴方向最大应变为5.623 mm、Y轴方向最大应变约为0.3404 mm;搂膜齿X轴方向和Y轴方向应力小于屈服极限强度,其X轴方向和Y轴方向应变较小,满足使用要求。该有限元分析为搂耙式地膜捡拾机搂膜齿的设计提供一定的理论依据。
Aiming at the vibration and deformation of the raking teeth for the rake type plastic film pickup machine in operation,a model for raking teeth was established using Solid Works and ANSYS Workbench software.Through the static structural module,a finite element analysis of it was conducted,thereby obtaining stress-strain nephogram under boundary conditions.The analysis result shows that the maximum stress was 50.934 MPa in the X-axis direction,32.284 MPa in the Y-axis direction,and that the maximum strain was 5.623 mm in the X-axis direction and about 0.3404 mm in the Y-axis direction.The stress of the raking teeth was less than the yield strength in the X-axis and Y-axis directions and the strain was relatively small in the X-axis and Y-axis directions,which can meet the application requirements.The finite element analysis provides a theoretical basis for the design of raking teeth of rake type plastic film pickup machines.
