战场搜救装备体系作战能力需求论证方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:基于战场搜救装备体系的构建实际,探讨定性定量相结合的装备体系作战能力需求论证方法。方法:采用美国国防部体系结构框架(Department of Defense architecture framework,DoDAF)中的作战视角和能力视角,构建战场搜救装备体系作战能力需求论证方法框架。从战场搜救行动、组织关系和作战节点关系3个方面分析作战需求。采用行动-能力映射分析能力需求,并对能力需求重要度进行定量评估。结果:通过该方法可分析出战场搜救装备体系的作战能力需求,而且论证过程结构化,逻辑更加清晰。结论:该论证方法能为战场搜救装备体系作战能力需求论证提供理论和方法指导,具有较好的可行性和科学性。 Objective To research the method of equipment system operational capability requirement demonstration involving in qualitative and quantitative analyses in combination with the actual situation of combat search and rescue(CSAR)equipment system construction.Methods Based on the operational and capability viewpoints of Department of Defense architecture framework(DoDAF)a structured demonstration method framework was illustrated for the capability requirements of the CSAR equipment system.The operational requirements were analyzed from three aspects:CSAR operation,organization relationship and operational node relationship.With operation-capability mapping the capability requirement were explored and the importance of capability requirement was described quantitatively.Results The operational capability requirement of CSAR equipment system was determined with structured demonstration process and high logicality.Conclusion The method proposed provides theoretical and methodological guidance for the demonstration of CSAR equipment system operational capability requirement with high feasibility and scientificity.
