摘要
阿胶是我国传统名贵药材,也是药食同源的重要资源。文章主要综述了近些年在阿胶化学成分分析及其调节免疫、提高红细胞及白细胞数量、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等保健作用方面的研究进展,并提出了今后阿胶健康食品的研究重点和发展方向,以期为阿胶在健康功能食品领域的进一步开发利用提供参考和指导。
Colla corii asini is a traditional precious medicinal material and an important resource for both medicine and food in China.This article summarizes the recent researches on the analysis of the chemical components of Colla corii asini,its health-care effects including regulating immunity,increasing the number of erythrocyte and leukocyte,anti-oxidation,anti-fatigue,anti-tumor,anti-aging,and put forward the research focus and development direction of Colla corii asini health functional foods in the future,in order to provide reference and guidance for the further development and utilization of Colla corii asini in the field of health functional foods.
