摘要
由于辐照企业各系统间数据孤岛问题严重且大量分散存储的数据尚未得到充分挖掘和利用,无法高效地完成全局分析和订单分配等工作。针对这一问题,采用基于Hadoop框架的分布式存储和数据仓库建模等技术,构建辐照企业多维信息化平台。在此平台基础上,提出一种基于匈牙利算法的订单任务分配策略,该策略以距离为约束条件完成最优订单任务分配,实验结果证明与现有算法相比该算法可以提供有效的订单分配方案。平台解决了多表联查效率低和多个数据库间存在信息孤岛的问题,从而实现辐照企业实时仓储状态分析、基于订单分配的生产预警分析等应用,能够为辐照企业生产管理提供科学依据。
Due to the serious problem of data island between different systems of irradiation enterprises and the large amount of scattered data has not been fully mined and utilized,it is unable to efficiently complete the global analysis and order allocation.In order to solve this problem,the distributed storage and data warehouse modeling technology based on Hadoop framework are used to build a multi-dimensional information platform for radiation enterprises.Based on this platform,an order task allocation strategy based on Hungary algorithm is proposed.The strategy takes distance as constraint to complete the optimal order task allocation.Experimental results show that the algorithm can provide an effective allocation scheme compared with the existing algorithms.The platform solves the problems of low efficiency of multi table joint query and information island between multiple databases,so as to realize the application of real-time storage status analysis and production early warning analysis based on order allocation,which can provide scientific basis for production management of irradiation enterprises.
