摘要
为实现对高分辨率相机与激光器组合成像系统的整体控制,采用多微处理器结构,设计完成了能够进行多路定时延时及多路计时的时序控制器,可应用于弹道测试中。时序控制器基于一主多从的多微处理器电路结构,通过对串口及定时计数的软件编程,主单片机通过RS232串口与主控计算机之间通过通信协议进行数据传输,通过RS485与从单片机通过通信协议进行数据传输,从单片机接收主单片机的指令完成时序控制与计时并将计时数据通过主单片机上传到控制计算机中。完成了硬件设计与软件调试,通过实际测试,完成的时序控制器能够以较高精度满足系统要求。
In order to realize the overall control of the combined imaging system of high-resolution camera and laser,a multi-microprocessor structure is adopted to design a timing controller capable of multi-channel timing delay and multichannel timing,which can be applied to ballistic testing.This system uses STC series MCU as the control core,realizes the custom camera control communication protocol with the upper computer,adopts RS232 and RS485 transmission mode,and completes the storage and data processing function.It is realized that the software design and hardware design of the system,and the actual test proves that the requirement of timing control can be fulfilled.
