摘要
目的了解丽水市托幼机构卫生保健工作现状,为政府制定相关管理方案提供依据。方法2019年12月对丽水市9个县(市、区)共252所托幼机构卫生保健工作现状进行问卷调查。结果卫生保健人员、医学学历保健人员配备达标率分别为92.86%和22.62%,其中公办园医学学历保健人员配备率显著高于民办园(χ^(2)=6.129,P<0.05);保育员、炊事员配备达标率分别为55.16%和42.46%,其中公办园中保育员配备达标率、炊事员配备达标率显著高于民办园,二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.300,P<0.01;χ^(2)=8.647,P<0.01)。卫生保健硬件设施达标率较高,其中公办园、民办园儿童人均户外活动面积达标率为91.76%和81.44%,公办园与民办园相比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.692,P<0.05);室内配备防尘和防蝇设施比例公办园、民办园达标率分别为90.59%和98.20%,公办园与民办园相比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.107,P<0.05)。结论丽水市252所托幼机构卫生保健硬件设施、膳食营养与卫生消毒等方面整体水平较好,但人员配置普遍不足,医学学历保健人员配备率低尤为明显。
Objective To understand the current situation of health care in childcare institutions of Lishui City,and provide basis for the government to formulate relevant management plans.Methods A questionnaire survey on the current situation of health care in 252 childcare institutions in 9 counties(cities,districts)of Lishui City was conducted in December,2019.Results The allocation control rates of health care personnel and health care personnel under medical education background were 92.86%and 22.62%.The allocation rate in public kindergartens was significantly higher than that in private kindergartens(χ^(2)=6.129,P<0.05).The compliance rates of children-care workers and cooks were 55.16%and 42.46%,respectively.Among them,the compliance rates in public kindergartens were significantly higher than those in private kindergartens,with statistically significant difference between public and private kinder gardens(χ^(2)=14.300,P<0.01;χ^(2)=8.647,P<0.01).The compliance rate of health care hardware facilities was higher,among which the compliance rate of outdoor activity area per capita of children in public kindergartens and private kindergartens reached91.76%and 81.44%,respectively,with statistically significant between public and private kindergardens(χ^(2)=4.692,P<0.05);in terms of the proportion of indoor dust-proof and housefly-proof facilities,the compliance rates in public kindergartens and private kindergartens reached 90.59%and 98.20%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant between public and private kindergardens(χ^(2)=6.107,P<0.05).Conclusion The overall level of health care hardware facilities,dietary nutrition and sanitary disinfection in 252 kindergartens in Lishui City is satisfactory,but the personnel allocation is generally insufficient,especially with low allocation rate of medical education health care personnel.
