摘要 以自行设计的摩擦焊机夹紧机构为研究对象,对焊接过程中所需的夹紧力大小进行了计算.参考了国内外现有摩擦焊机移动端夹具的应用现状后,将夹具的夹紧驱动方式由液压驱动改进为电机驱动,改善了现有焊机夹具因采用液压驱动方式而产生的泄漏现象.并且为了满足夹具的通用性需求,将焊机夹具的夹块与支撑体设计为装配结构,在保证支撑体结构不变的情况下,通过更换不同规格的夹块,可满足不同直径规格产品的装夹要求.同时,在夹紧机构设计过程中,应用有限元分析软件对夹具进行了刚度与强度的校核,并应用拓扑优化技术实现了夹具的轻量化设计. Taking the self-designed friction welding machine clamping mechanism as the research object,this study calculates the clamping force required in the welding process.With reference to the application status of existing fixture of friction welding machine moving end clamps at home and abroad,this study improves the clamping driving mode from hydraulic driving to motor driving,and tackles the leakage phenomenon of the existing welding fixture caused by hydraulic drive.In order to meet the general requirements of the fixture,this study designs the clamp block and support of the welder fixture as an assembly structure.Under the condition that the structure of the support body is unchanged,the clamping requirements of products of different diameters can be met by replacing the clamp blocks of different specifications.At the same time,in the design process of the clamping mechanism,the finite element analysis software is used to check the stiffness and strength of the fixture.In addition,the topology optimization technology is applied to realize the lightweight design of the fixture.
