摘要
针对农用车辆动力换挡系统,设计了一种采用微型直流电机驱动和丝杠进给机构传动的新型开关阀,阐述了开关阀内部结构及其工作原理,基于Matlab/Simulink建立了微型直流电机和丝杠进给机构耦合的动力学模型,分别对阀的阶跃响应特性和静态流量特性进行了仿真,并在动力换挡试验台架上进行了试验研究。结果表明,试验结果与仿真结果基本吻合,验证了模型的有效性。该新型开关阀能够实现油路通断控制和流量调节,为进一步研究新型开关阀提供了理论参考。
A new type on-off valve driven by a miniature motor and transmitted by ball screw mechanism is proposed for the power-shift transmission system on agricultural vehicles.Then,the internal structure and working principle of the valve are elaborated.In addition,the dynamic model of the miniature and ball screw mechanism is established based on Matlab/Simulink.The dynamic response characteristics and static characteristics are analyzed,respectively.Finally,experiment is conducted on the test bench for power-shifting.Consequently,it is shown that the test results are basically consistent with the simulation results.The validity of the model is verified.The on-off valve can be used to control the flow-off of the oil ways and the proportional regulation of flow as well.This paper provides theoretical reference for the in-depth development of new type on-off valve.
