摘要
探索工业设计如何参与复杂结构玩具的设计过程,帮助达成更优设计结果。以某玩具遥控车的底盘设计为例,对形态学图表法进行实践,结合底盘的设计特点,补充方法的步骤。调整和完善了形态学图表法的步骤,帮助梳理复杂结构玩具的设计过程。能够简化设计问题,产生更多差异性备选方案。得出了美观、具有创新性的设计方案。形态学图表法调整后,可以适用于遥控车底盘的概念设计过程,指导部件选取、构架设计等步骤,得到具有创新性的设计结果。
In order to explore how in dustrial desig n can participate in the desig n process of complex structure toys and help achieve better design results.Taking the chassis design of a toy car as an example,the morphological chart method was practiced,and the steps of the method were supplemented according to the chassis design characteristics.The steps of morphological chart method were adjusted and improved to help sort out the design process of complex structure toys.It can simplify the design problem and produce more different alternatives.A beautiful and innovative design scheme is obtained.After the morphological chart method is adjusted,it can be applied to the conceptual design process of chassis,guide the parts selection,frame design and other steps,and obtain innovative design results.
