摘要
相干光层析血管成像术(OCTA)是一项能定性定量检测眼底血管的新兴技术,具有无创、快速、可重复性等优点,越来越多地应用于视网膜静脉阻塞疾病(RVO)的检测。OCTA能检测RVO病程中患眼和对侧眼较正常眼的眼底血管变化,可从深层和浅层血流密度、中心凹无血管区面积等来进行分析。对于RVO继发黄斑水肿,OCTA血流图像及enface图像也有助于研究黄斑水肿的来源及与黄斑区血流变化的关系。抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)治疗是目前RVO继发黄斑水肿的一线治疗,OCTA可用于评估治疗前后视网膜血流密度变化,评估缺血的改变。但OCTA在检测范围、血流伪影、图像分层、血流速度检测范围等方面仍存在一定局限性,有待进一步改善。
Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)is an emerging technology that can analyze the fundus vessels qualitatively and quantitatively.With advantages of non-invasion,rapidity and repeatability,OCTA has been increasingly applied in analyzing the fundus vessels in retinal vein occlusion(RVO)eyes.OCTA can detect and analyze the changes of the fundus vessels in the affected and contralateral eyes compared with normal ones during the course of RVO through parameters including vessel density,foveal avascular zone area and so on.OCTA blood flow image and Enface image both help to explore the origin of RVO secondary macular edema and its association with macular blood flow changes.Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)therapy is currently the first-line treatment for macular edema secondary to RVO,and OCTA can evaluate the changes of retinal blood flow density and ischemia before and after the treatment.However,the OCTA examination still has certain limitations including small scan fields,blood flow artifacts,uncorrected image slab stratification,and limited blood flow velocity detection range,which need to be further improved.
