摘要
通过对综采工作面停采现状的分析,针对停采阶段中铺设双层金属网耗时长、拖延停采工作进度的问题,优化了网片材质和停采时的上网工艺,制定了停采铺网方案。结合具体工程实际,详细说明了固定吊网钢丝绳、挂网、机组割煤时的吊网工序、落网工序及联网的要求,并在同忻矿8305综采工作面进行了实际应用。现场应用发现,设计方案符合工程应用需要。
Through the analysis of the current situation of stop mining in fully mechanized mining face,aiming at the problem of long timeconsuming and delaying the progress of laying doublelayer metal mesh during the stop of mining and delaying the progress of stop of mining,the mesh material and the grid access technology during stop mining were optimized,and the plan for stop mining and meshing was formulated.Combining with the actual project,this paper explained the requirements of fixed hanging wire ropes,hanging nets,hanging netting procedures,netting procedures and networking during coal cutting of the unit in details which were applied in the 8305 fully mechanized mining face of Tongxin Coal Mine.The site application found that the design scheme was in line with the engineering application need.
