摘要
本文考证了新近公布的山西翼城大河口西周一号墓出土的燕侯觚铭中的“■”字,认为它是对该觚形器的自名,“■”就是礼器“瓒”的初文,从而指出西周人说的礼器“瓒”应有一种是觚形器。同时探讨了礼器瓒形制方面的传统瓒勺说和近年提出的四种新说。
Abstract:After textual research about the“■”in newly unearthed inscriptions in“Yan Hou Gu"from the Tomb M1 at the Western Zhou Dynasty Dahekou graveyard in Yicheng,Shanxi,we suggest that it nares the Gu shape vessel.This paper argues that the Gu shape vessel should be called“■”by the people of the Western Zhou Dynasty,which is the chuwen(初文)of a sacrificial vessel“瓉”used for Guanli,and discusses the traditional“瓉勺”theory in form and system and the new theory put forward in recent years.
