摘要
某铁路特大桥522个墩身,平均高度14.5m,按照要求需设置墩顶围吊篮。传统做法是利用曲臂车(吊车设置简易载人篮筐)或搭设支架进行围吊篮的安装施工,不但劳动强度高、施工条件差,而且费工耗时。为提高围吊篮施工技术水平,在桥墩上部的相应位置,沿墩身周围设计一个闭合的悬挂式环形施工平台,用于围吊篮的安装作业,有效降低了高处围吊篮安装的施工难度,改善了施工环境,减少了安全隐患;同时为保障高处作业人员的施工安全,并在其外侧临空面设有栏杆及扶手等安全防护装置,对在使用过程中需要反复装拆的各杆件均采用装配式结构设计。该工装平台安拆便捷,经济适用,对类似工程的施工具有参考借鉴和应用价值。
There are 522 piers on a railway bridge with an average height of 14.5 m;the pier-top hanging basket should be set in construction according to requirements.The traditional method is to install the hanging basket by using a crank-arm car(the crane is equipped with simple basketry for carrying people)or building a support.This method is not only high labour intensity and poor construction conditions,but also needs a lot of labour force and time.In order to improve the construction technology level of hanging basket,a closed hanging ring construction platform is designed around the pier at the corresponding position on the upper part of the pier,which is used for the installation exercise of the hanging basket.It effectively reduces the construction difficulty of the installation of the high hanging basket,improves the construction environment and reduces the potential safety hazard.At the same time,in order to ensure the construction safety of operation personnel at the high place,the safety protection devices,such as railing and handrail are set on the free face of the outer side,and the assembly structure design is adopted for the rod parts which needs to be assembled and disassembled repeatedly in the process of use.The work platform is convenient for installation and disassembly,economical and applicable,and has reference and application value for the construction of similar projects.
