摘要
铁路建设投资额较大,对投资方的资金要求较高,如何决策不仅影响项目的可行性,也直接关系到投资方的投资决策。本文站在铁路投资方角度,利用灰色关联分析法对影响铁路投资估算额度的项目技术标准、工程地质条件、桥隧比、所经地区经济发展程度、材料价格水平等特征进行分析,建立了项目决策与投资估算的灰色关联度分析模型。通过该分析模型,投资方可根据自身资金实力,从多个备选项目或备选方案中选择其一进行投资,对投资者的投资决策具有一定的参考性。铁路项目灰色关联度分析模型简单实用,对其他类似项目决策也具有一定的借鉴作用。
Due to the large amount of railway construction investment,and the high capital requirements for investors,how to make decisions not only affects the feasibility of the project but also directly affects the investment decisions of the investors.From the perspective of railway investors,this paper uses the grey relational analysis method to analyze the characteristics of project technical standards,engineering geological conditions,bridge-tunnel ratio,regional economic development degree,and material price level that affect the estimated railway investment quota.The estabilishment of the gray correlation analysis model of project decision and investment estimation is showed in this paper.Through the analysis model,the investor can choose one of multiple alternative projects or alternatives to invest according to its own financial strength,which has a certain reference for investors’investment decision-making.The gray correlation analysis model of railway project is simple and practical,and can also be used as a reference for other similar project decision-making.
