摘要 为研究上软下硬地层大跨暗挖车站施工对既有高架桥桩影响,以青岛地铁4号线海泊桥站为工程研究背景,借助于有限元软件及现场监控量测,分析“初支拱盖法”施工技术方案对既有高架桥桩影响,得出如下结论:采用“初支拱盖法”,大跨暗挖车站施工过程中,既有桥桩变形满足城市轨道交通监测规范要求,能够保证高架桥的安全运营;现场监控量测数据与计算结果基本吻合,验证了有限元计算的准确性和方案选取的合理性。研究结论可为类似上软下硬大跨暗挖车站正穿高架桥桩提供借鉴与参考。 As the research on soft hard formation under the large span in large-span underground excavation station effect on both the viaduct pile construction,this paper takes Qingdao subway line 4 sea mooring bridge station as engineering background,with the aid of finite element software and field monitoring measurement,analysis method of“early arch cover”construction technical scheme of both the viaduct pile,the following conclusions:the method of“early arch cover”,large-span large-span underground excavation station construction process,both the bridge pier deformation meets the demand of urban rail traffic monitoring specifications,can ensure the safe operation of the viaduct.The field monitoring and measurement data are basically consistent with the calculation results,which verifies the accuracy of finite element calculation and the rationality of the scheme selection.The research results can provide reference for similar large-span underground excavation of railway station through viaduct piles with upper soft and lower hard.
