摘要
针对目前悬臂式掘进机电控控制系统存在的抗干扰、抗冲击能力差,通信速率低、不灵活、兼容性低、相关保护功能不可靠的等问题,设计了一套新的电控系统,可广泛应用于主流悬臂式掘进机。该系统采用DCF-1作为核心控制元件选,利用IEC标准编程语言吊系统中的控制程序进行软件编程操作。所设计的控制系统具有瓦斯超限报警、电路过压过流报警、系统漏电检测保护等功能。通过实际应用,该电控系统对掘进作业能有效控制,并实时监测诊断掘进作业的故障问题,应用效果良好,能提高改善掘进机的工作效率及稳定性。
Aiming at the problems of poor anti-interference and anti impact ability,low communication speed,inflexibility,low compatibility and unreliable protection function of the current cantilever roadheader electrical control system,a new set of electrical control system is designed,which can be widely used in the mainstream cantilever roadheader.The system uses DCF-1 as the core control component,and uses the control program in IEC standard programming language for software programming operation.The designed control system has the functions of gas overrun alarm,circuit over-voltage and over-current alarm,system leakage detection and protection.Through practical application,the electronic control system can effectively control the tunneling operation,and real-time monitor and diagnose the fault problems of tunneling operation.The application effect is good,which can improve the working efficiency and stability of the roadheader.
