摘要
采用当量因子法和影子价格法计算了湖南省各市州稻田所产生的生态价值和化肥和农药对稻田生产过程中产生的负面价值,得出了2011~2018年湖南省各市州稻田生态系统服务净价值。结果表明:(1)2018年湖南省稻田生态价值为2.618×10^(12)元,生态成本为0.15×10^(12)元,生态服务净价值为2.468×10^(12)元;(2)2011~2018年常德市相对于其他市、州生态净价值最高,2018年常德市生态净价值为0.316×10^(12)元;(3)由于农药和化肥的施用量高,而稻田所产生的生态价值相对幅度小,导致2013年湖南省各市、州稻田所产生的生态净价值相对于其他年份最低。研究结论为制定精准的粮食保护机制提供了可靠的参考数据。各地区加强生态环境保护工作,响应化肥和农药施用减量增效政策。
By the equivalent factor method,the ecological cost of rice in Hunan Province and its 14 cities and prefectures is calculated,and then its net value of ecosystem services is obtained.The outcomes demonstrate that:(1)in 2018,the ecological worth of paddy fields in Hunan Province is 2.618×10^(12) yuan,the ecological cost is 0.15×10^(12) yuan,and the net service value is 2.468×10^(12) yuan.(2)From 2011 to 2018,the net ecological value of Changde is the highest compared with other cities and prefectures.In 2018,the net ecological value of Changde is 0.316×10^(12) yuan.(3)Due to the highest application amount of pesticide and chemical fertilizer,the ecological net value of rice in Hunan Province and its cities and prefectures in 2013 is the lowest compared with other years.
