摘要
苏里格气田某天然气处理厂增压站天然气压缩机在运行过程中厂界噪声超过GB 12348—2008《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》2类标准,通过分析压缩机组运行时产生的噪声源特性,结合国内降噪治理技术现状,提出3种治理方案,利用声学模拟软件对治理效果进行模拟,结果表明:在室外空冷器区域设置降噪房、消音器以及压缩机房降噪升级治理后,厂界噪声可满足GB 12348—2008《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》2类标准,为该处理厂噪声治理提供了参考依据。
The noise at the natural gas compressor boundary in the booster station of a natural gas processing plant in Sulige Gas Field exceeds the Class 2 standard of GB 12348—2008“Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary”during operation.By analyzing the characteristics of noise sources generated by the operation of compressor units,combining with the current situation of noise reduction treatment technology in China,three treatment options were proposed.Meanwhile,the treatment effect was simulated by using acoustic simulation software.Ultimately,the results showed that after the noise reduction room and silencer were set up in the outdoor air cooler area,following with the noise reduction and upgrading treatment in the compressor room,the noise at the plant boundary can meet the Class 2 standard of GB 12348—2008“Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary”,which provided a reference basis for the noise control of this treatment plant.
