摘要
礼仪教育是高职旅游管理专业教育的重要内容,礼仪教育的核心是"美""和""敬",它们分别指代礼的形式、礼的温度和礼的态度。高职旅游管理专业礼仪能提升学生从事旅游服务的人文关怀意识,促进文明旅游的实现,助力旅游业主顾关系和谐发展。
Etiquette education is a compulsory basic course for higher vocational tourism management majors.This article mainly discusses the core connotation and significance of etiquette education in the professional tourism management of higher vocational education.It is believed that the core of etiquette education is“beauty”,“harmony”and“respect”,which respectively refer to the form of etiquette,the temperature of etiquette,and the attitude of etiquette.Good etiquette education can enhance the humanistic care of tourism services,ensure the realization of civilized tourism,and help tourism owners to develop harmonious relations with customers.
