摘要
为了培养学生识别、分析、解决"复杂工程问题"的能力,分析了"机械制造技术基础"和"公差与技术测量"课程实验目前存在的问题,设计了一个综合切削实验。实验内容包括:确定基于加工质量、效率和成本的切削参数优化模型;根据新型材料的力学性能确定切削参数及其水平;根据田口法设计正交实验方案;利用虚拟仿真实验平台,掌握实验仪器的使用方法和实验平台的搭建方法,并进行切削实验;利用工具软件进行切削参数的敏感性分析,建立经验公式,并进行最优切削参数预测。
In order to cultivate students’ ability to identify, analyze and solve "Complex engineering problems", this paper analyzes the existing problems in the experiment of "Mechanical manufacturing technology basis" and "Tolerance and technical measurement", and designs a comprehensive cutting experiment. The experimental contents include determining the cutting parameter optimization model based on machining quality, efficiency and cost, setting up the cutting parameters and their levels according to the mechanical properties of new materials, designing the orthogonal experiment scheme according to Taguchi method, and adopting the virtual simulation experimental platform to master the use method of the experimental instrument and the construction method of the experimental platform. The cutting experiment is carried out, the sensitivity analysis of cutting parameters is conducted by using the tool software, the empirical formula is established, and the optimal cutting parameters are predicted.
