摘要
以芘为荧光探针、二苯甲酮为猝灭剂、芘的饱和水溶液为溶剂,用稳态荧光探针法测定聚氧乙烯(23)十二烷基醚(Brij35)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)复配表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(c_(cm))和胶束集聚数(N).固定复配比,实验测定各表面活性剂不同温度时的临界胶束浓度.25℃时,复配比分别为1/10、1/20和1/40的表面活性剂临界胶束浓度分别为1.005、1.316和1.567 mmol/L.当二苯甲酮的浓度在0.2~0.4 mmol/L范围时,测定不同n(Brij35)/n(SDS)比值下的胶束聚集数N.复配表面活性剂浓度为c_(cm)的2~10倍时,N随表面活性剂浓度增大而增大;用外推法分别得到n(Brij35)/n(SDS)为1/10、1/40时的临界胶束聚集数N_(m)分别为7.38、11.95(25℃)和10.29、19.01(35℃).
The critical micelle concentration(c_(cm))and micelle aggregation number(N)for mixed surfactants of polyethylene oxide(23)dodecyl ether(Brij35)and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)were determined by steady-state fluorescence probe method,using pyrene as probe,benzophenone as quenching agent,and pyrene saturated aqueous solution as solvent.The c_(cm)of surfactants with different mixing ratios were measured.The c_(cm)of surfactants with mixing ratios as 1/10,1/20 and 1/40 were 1.005,1.316 and 1.567 mmol/L,respectively,at 25℃.The micelle aggregation number of surfactants with different n(Brij35)/n(SDS)were determined under concentration of benzophenone as 0.2-0.4 mmol/L.N increased as the surfactant concentration increasing(surfactant concentration is n×c_(cm),n=2-10).Critical micelle aggregation number N_(m)were determined as 7.38,11.95(25℃)and 10.29,19.01(35℃)for n(Brij35)/n(SDS)as 1/10 and 1/40,with extrapolation method,respectively.
