摘要
目的了解咸阳市不同生境蟑螂的种群、密度及消长规律以及德国小蠊对3种常用杀虫剂的抗性情况,为蟑螂防治提供科学依据。方法蟑螂监测采用粘捕法,抗药性监测采用点滴法测定。结果咸阳市城区共布放有效粘蟑纸1861张,阳性28张,粘捕率为1.50%,捕获蟑螂173只,总密度为0.18只/张,品种均为德国小蠊,不同生境的蟑螂侵害率有显著性差异(χ^(2)=231.2,P﹤0.001),小餐饮和农贸市场密度较高。密度最高月份是5月;德国小蠊对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯、残杀威抗性倍数分别为3.88、6.67和30.35倍。结论咸阳市蟑螂防治的重点是德国小蠊。德国小蠊对敌敌畏低抗,对溴氰菊酯中度抗性,对残杀威高抗。
Objective To investigate the population,density and fluctuation of cockroaches in different habitats in Xianyang City,as well as the resistance of Blattella germanica to three commonly used insecticides,so as to provide scientific basis for cockroach control.Methods Sticking method was adopted for cockroach investigation,while topical application method for resistance bioassay.Results A total of 1861 stick traps were applied,28 of them were positive,showing the average cockroach infestation rate of 1.50%.A total of 173 cockroaches were collected and the average cockroach density was 0.18 insects per stick trap.The species of cockroaches captured was Blattella germanica.The infestation rates varied among habitats with significant difference,and the highest density took place in small caterings and farmer’s markets.The cockroach density peaked in May.The resistances of Blattella germanica to dichlorphos,deltamethrin and propoxur were respectively 3.88,6.67 and 30.35 folds.Conclusion The key of cockroach control in Xianyang City is Blattella germanica which developed low level resistance to dichlorphos,medium level to deltamethrin and high level to propoxur.
