摘要
目的:研究血站与医院输血科的感染隐患及相关预防措施。方法:选取血站与输血科工作人员102名;2018年10月-2019年10月未加强血站与输血科预防感染工作力度,定义为常规组;2019年11月-2020年10月加强了血站与输血科预防感染工作力度,定义为研究组。比较两组工作人员感染事件出现率及满意度。结果:研究组感染事件出现率低于常规组,工作人员满意度高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强血站与医院输血科预防感染工作力度,不但可以将感染事件出现率优化至最佳范畴内,还可以保证患者及工作人员的健康与安全,并且为降低医患纠纷事件出现率及提高医院信誉值提供有力帮助与支持。
Objective:To study the hidden dangers of infection and related preventive measures in blood station and hospital blood transfusion department.Methods:A total of 102 staff of blood station and blood transfusion department were selected.From October 2018 to October 2019,the hospital has not strengthened the blood station and blood transfusion department to prevent infection,this time was defined as the routine group.From November 2019 to October 2020,the hospital strengthened the blood station and blood transfusion department to prevent infection,this time was defined as the research group.The incidence of infection events and satisfaction of staff between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of infection of staff in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,the satisfaction of staff was higher than in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the prevention of infection in blood stations and hospital blood transfusion departments can not only optimize the incidence of infection events,but also ensure the health and safety of patients and staff and it can reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes and improve the credibility of the hospital to provide strong help and support.
