摘要
目的探讨实时荧光定量PCR(QPCR)法在手足口病中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1—12月来广东医科大学附属东莞儿童医院就诊的手足口病儿童163例,将其作为试验组,选取同期161例入院体检儿童作为对照组,所有儿童均采集粪便进行QPCR检测。结果试验组163例儿童中检测阳性144例(88.34%),对照组161例儿童中阳性3例(1.86%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),144例手足口病患者中主要以肠道病毒EV为主,有102例(70.83%),其次是CA16,有33例(22.92%),最后是EV71,有9例(6.25%)。结论QPCR对手足口病的诊断具有较高的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value in real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(QPCR)method in hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods Children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to Dongguan Children's Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,and they were taken as the experimental group(n=163).Meanwhile,children admitted to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected and taken as the control group(n=161).All children feces were collected for QPCR detection.Results Among 163 children of the experimental group,144 cases were positive,with a positive rate of 88.34%,and 3 were positive among 161 children of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among 144 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease,enterovirus EV was the most common,and 102 cases were positive,accounting for 70.83%.The followed was CA16,and 33 cases were positive,accounting for 22.92%.The least common was EV71,and 9 cases were positive,accounting for 6.25%.Conclusion QPCR has relatively higher clinical significance in the diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease.
