摘要
目的:分析2015-2019年北京市延庆区5岁以下儿童死亡率、年龄构成及主要死因顺位。方法:采用2015-2019年北京市延庆区5岁以下生命监测网数据及相关妇幼卫生统计报表进行统计分析。结果:2015-2019年北京市延庆区新生儿死亡率为2.01‰、婴儿死亡率为2.54‰、5岁以下儿童死亡率为3.07‰。5岁以下儿童死亡以婴儿为主,占82.69%,新生儿死亡占婴儿死亡79.07%。主要死因以早产低出生体重、先天异常、先心病、出生窒息为主。结论:2015-2019年北京市延庆区5岁以下儿童死亡率下降不明确,故要加强产科质量管理,降低早产低出生体重和先天异常出生率。
Objective:To analyze the mortality,age composition and main causes of death of children under 5 years old in Yanqing District of Beijing from 2015 to 2019.Methods:The data of life monitoring network under 5 years old and related maternal and child health statistics in Yanqing District of Beijing from 2015 to 2019 were statistically analyzed.Results:From 2015 to 2019,the neonatal mortality rate in Yanqing District of Beijing was 2.01‰,the infant mortality rate was2.54‰,and the mortality rate of children under 5 years old was 3.07‰.The death rate of children under 5 years old was mainly infants,accounting for 82.69%.Newborn deaths accounted for 79.07%of infant deaths.The main causes of death were premature low birth weight,congenital abnormality,congenital heart disease and birth asphyxia.Conclusion:There is no significant difference in the mortality rate of children under 5 years old in Yanqing District of Beijing from 2015 to 2019,especially to strengthen obstetrical quality management to reduce preterm low birth weight and congenital abnormal birth rate.
