摘要 “1+X”证书制度背景下数控专业人才培养目标是具备编程、工艺、操作、维修、控制、创新等能力的复合型人才。而当前高职数控专业课程教学模式存在教学效果不理想、评价方式不科学、理实师资分流等弊端。为此需要构建课证结合的教学模式,采取理实一体的教学方法,实施全面综合的评价方式,打造“双师”素质的教学团队,以培养适应智能制造时代发展需求的复合型高端数控人才。 Under the background of the"1+X"certificate system,the goal of numerical control professional cultivation is comprehensive talents with programming,technology,operation,maintenance,control and innovation capabilities.The current teaching mode of numerical control professional courses in higher vocational colleges has many disadvantages such as unsatisfactory teaching effect,unscientific evaluation method and division of theoretical and practical teachers.Hence there is an urgent need to reform the teaching mode of numerical control professional courses by constructing a teaching mode that combines teaching and certificating,a teaching method that integrates theory and practice,a comprehensive evaluation method and a double-qualified teaching team to accelerate the implementation of"1+X"certificate system and cultivate comprehensive high-end numerical control talents who might meet the development needs of intelligent manufacturing era.
