Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of tolvaptan tablets and furosemide injection in the treatment of heart failure. Methods A total of 120 patients with heart failure were divided into observation group and control group according to odd-even number method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with furosemide, and the observation group was treated with tolvaptan tablets. The clinical efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions, brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the BNP of the observation group was(415.63±9.68)ng/L,which was lower than(598.72±9.24)ng/L of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 98.33%of the observation group was higher than 76.67%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions3.33%of the observation group was higher than 21.67%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tolvaptan tablets has remarkable effect in the treatment of patients with heart failure, and it can improve the treatment safety.
