摘要
目的探究丙泊酚联合依托咪酯对卵巢癌手术患者麻醉诱导期血流动力学的影响,为临床麻醉医师选择合理麻醉方案提供参考。方法88例卵巢癌手术患者,依据随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组44例。A组采用丙泊酚联合依托咪酯麻醉,B组采用依托咪酯麻醉。比较两组麻醉诱导期血流动力学指标、不良反应发生情况。结果诱导后插管前(T1)、插管即刻(T2)、插管后5 min(T3),两组的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、舒张压(BDP)、收缩压(SDP)均低于麻醉诱导前5 min(T0),且A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率为6.81%,与B组的11.35%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对卵巢癌手术患者,丙泊酚联合依托咪酯对患者机体影响较小,能够保证麻醉诱导期血流动力学指标稳定,不良反应发生率较低,安全性理想,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of propofol combined with etomidate on hemodynamics during the induction of anesthesia in patients undergoing ovarian cancer surgery,so as to provide reference for clinical anesthesiologists to choose a reasonable anesthesia plan.Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing ovarian cancer surgery were divided into group A and group B according to random numerical table,with 44 cases in each group.Group A received propofol combined with etomidate for anesthesia,and group B received etomidate for anesthesia.The hemodynamic indexes during the induction of anesthesia and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results Before intubation(T1),immediately after intubation(T2),and 5 min after intubation(T3),the mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(BDP),and systolic blood pressure(SDP)in both groups were low than those 5 min before induction(T0),and group A was higher than group B.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of group A was 6.81%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 11.35%of group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of propofol and etomidate has less impact on the body of patients with ovarian cancer surgery,which can ensure stable hemodynamic indexes during anesthesia induction with low adverse reaction rate and ideal safety.It is worthy of promotion.
